      Thanks Kym Kym! I did make these cookies using some very well used and precious wooden molds I have in my possession. I was delighted that there is a rabbit one in there. :)

    Happy New Year to you, Biren! How fortuitous that your collection of molds included a rabbit – and a very cute one. I’ve enjoyed seeing all the delicious sweets that surround Chinese New Year celebrations. I live near Little Saigon and posted about the Vietnamese traditions for Tet Festival – love it all!
