Mother Rimmy at Mother Rimmy’s Cooking Light Done Right – She is warm hearted and a great supporter of young blogs like mine. I go to her blog when I need a quick and healthy recipe. Each recipe comes with info on what’s good for you, calories, fat, cholesterol, sugar content, and even Weight Watcher points…..very informative!

Natasha at 5 Star Foodie Culinary Adventures – Her recipes are amazing, innovative, and inspirational. They all come with a WOW factor! If I was still young and learning to cook, I would want to grow up to be like her. She is a wonderful foodie friend.

Chef Ryan at Cajun Chef Ryan – My first foodie friend whom I have learned so much from. His fabulous recipes are so detailed, he makes sure you are right on track.

Roti n Rice is almost 3 months old, and I want to take this opportunity to thank my dearest hubby, my most ardent supporter, and my two dear boys who have had to put up with my new found blogging obsession. They cheer me on and wait patiently while I snap away with my camera before each meal. I could not do it without their constant encouragement and support.
