Rice Noodle Soup

We woke up to a temperature of -10F this morning. For such cold mornings, the family prefers something warm and soupy for breakfast. Not a typical US breakfast but a familiar and popular one where I grew up. I made the chicken broth last night but boiled the noodles in the morning.
