We love the holidays, but all good things come to an end. The family spent the entire morning putting away the decorations into boxes where they’ll stay till November. Time for lunch, and one of the easiest thing to make was fried rice. I cooked some rice and chopped up some left-over ham from a roast I prepared for the New Year’s Eve gathering, garlic, and green beans. As soon as the rice was cooled, I fried the rice with the chopped ingredients together with some sweet green peas. The whole process took 45 minutes!
