Fusilli Chicken Sausage Salad

Serves: 4 servings
  • 4 oz (120g) fusilli
  • 2 chicken sausages
  • 8 cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 2 oz (60g) baby greens salad mix
  • Basil spray
  • Lemon spray
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Shaved parmesan cheese
  1. Cook pasta according to packaging instructions in lightly salted water. While pasta is boiling, fry sausages in a small fry pan until lightly brown. Remove and slice into coins. Drain and transfer pasta to a large salad bowl. Sprinkle a little salt over pasta. Spray pasta with 5 to 6 pumps of basil spray. Do the same with the lemon spray.
  2. Add sausages, tomatoes, salad, freshly ground pepper, and olive oil. Toss to coat evenly. Serve immediately. Top with parmesan cheese.
