INGREDIENTS

  • 8 strawberries (hulled and diced)
  • 2 nectarines (peeled, seeded, and diced)
  • ½ red onion (diced)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tomato (diced)
  • ½ jalapeno pepper (diced)
  • 3 green onions (finely sliced)
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • Tortilla and corn chips to serve

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Place all diced fruits, vegetables, sugar, and salt in a medium size bowl.

  • Squeeze in lime juice. Toss to get everything well mixed.
