Combine chicken, salt, pepper, and honey in a large bowl. Mix well, cover with plastic and leave in the refrigerator to marinade for at least 1 hour.
Coat a large baking pan with a thin layer of vegetable oil. Place marinated chicken in the pan. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon sesame seeds evenly over chicken. Flip chicken pieces over and sprinkle remaining tablespoon of sesame seeds over the chicken.
Bake in a 375°F (190°C) oven for 45 minutes, basting chicken twice at 15 minutes interval.
Remove and drizzle some pan juices over chicken if desired.
