Dressing

plum sauce

hot water

sesame oil
Instructions
Combine pomelo, cilantro, and peanuts in a large bowl.
Mix together all dressing ingredients in a small bowl. Pour dressing over ingredients in the large bowl.
Toss to get everything well mixed.
Sprinkle toasted coconut and sesame seeds over salad.
Serve immediately.
