In a large bowl, combine all meat patty ingredients. Mix well and shape into six ¾ inch thick patties. Let sit in the fridge for an hour before grilling.
Fire up the grill and allow it to heat up. Grill meat patties for 6 to 8 minutes on each side until no pink remains.
Top with a slice of cheese for the last minute of grilling.
Remove and serve on buns. Garnish with lettuce, tomato, and onions.
