or black beans (15oz/425g)

cooked corn kernels
(from 1 corn)

onion
(chopped)

flat leaf parsley
(chopped)
Dressing

lemon juice

tbsp
extra virgin olive oil

dill weed

sugar

salt

ground pepper

Tabasco sauce
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients.
In a medium bowl, combine beans, corn kernels, onion, and flat leaf parsley.
Pour dressing over beans and corn. Mix well.
Cover and chill for 2 hours before serving.
