bak hu
(pork floss) (40g)

(lightly beaten with 2 tbsp water)

sesame seeds

vegetable oil
Instructions
Flatten bread with a rolling pin. Cut off the crust.
Thinly butter each slice of bread.
Spread 1 tablespoon of Bak Hu (pork floss) on each slice of buttered bread and roll it up.
Whisk the eggs with water. Dip each roll in egg mixture. Then coat it with sesame seeds.
Brush or spray vegetable oil on the prepared rolls.
Place air fryer basket in the unit and close the hood. Set air fryer to 360⁰F (182⁰C) for 12 minutes. Press start to begin preheating.
When unit beeps, open the hood and arrange rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Close hood to let rolls cook.
When cooking is complete, remove Bak Hu rolls to a plate.
Serve immediately.
