(peeled and cut into bite size pieces) (about 10 oz/300g)

Instructions
Place all ingredients together with 2 cups (480ml) water in a medium sized saucepan. Bring it to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Remove and serve warm or chilled.
