Spam Musubi Bento

I was a little more “inspired” last evening and so I made some spam musubi for the lunchboxes. I used a rectangular rice mold to press the rice into shape and then cut it into smaller pieces. Topped it with a slice of ham and tied a nori ribbon round it. The kids love spam musubi!
