The weekends are sometimes more busy than the workweek. It’s normally a later start to the day followed by a leisurely breakfast. Then there will be the planned activities and all too soon, it’s time to prepare dinner. I normally try to make it very simple, unless I am really inspired.
This was what I prepared yesterday. Pan-fried chicken breast, egg omelette, and Korean style seaweed sprinkle. Miso soup completed the meal.
