Ro-Ri’s Quick and Easy Char Siew (Chinese Barbecue Pork)

One has to be really creative with left-overs, especially after the holidays. I came up with the idea of making roast ham into this Quick and Easy Char Siew (Chinese barbecue pork) some years back. It was really easy and a hit with the family. I made it again for dinner yesterday.

This is great with rice or used as sandwich meat.

Ro-Ri is short for Roti n Rice. I will use this as a prefix for recipes posted here.
